Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services
24hr Water Damage Experts provides water damage restoration services including but not limited to water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and property restoration. The specific services provided will be determined based on the assessment of your property and agreed upon before work begins.
Service Authorization
By requesting our services, you authorize us to perform the water damage restoration work discussed and agreed upon. For emergency services, verbal authorization may be obtained initially, with written authorization to follow.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For insurance claims, we will work directly with your insurance company when authorized, but the property owner remains responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance
- A service fee may apply for emergency response calls
Insurance Claims
We can assist with insurance claims by providing documentation and working directly with your insurance company. However, we cannot guarantee insurance coverage, and the property owner is ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance decisions.
Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the performance of restoration services. This includes access for initial assessment, ongoing work, and equipment monitoring during the drying process.
Limitations of Service
Our services are limited to water damage restoration. We do not:
- Provide plumbing repairs (though we can coordinate with licensed plumbers)
- Guarantee prevention of all mold growth following water damage
- Replace or repair items damaged before our arrival
- Store personal property unless specifically agreed upon
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by delayed response due to factors beyond our control, or consequential damages such as loss of use or business interruption.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24hr Water Damage Experts, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misrepresentation of facts regarding the water damage or your property.
Cancellation
You may cancel scheduled non-emergency services with 24 hours' notice without penalty. Emergency services that have already begun cannot be cancelled without payment for work completed.
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties on workmanship will be provided in writing upon completion of services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
